Wreaths Across America
We were so excited to partner with the Southeastern Chester County Chapter of Wreaths Across America to raise funds in 2019. In October, our loyal Landhope Farms customers raised $1,800 to ensure every veteran’s grave was adorned with a wreath this holiday season. Thank you!
